music - early bird

print-friendly page
Not too sure about some of this one...

Verse :
To emulate the bass rhythm here I play a G chord and vary the note
on the low E string between G and F#. After three bars of varying
just play a straight D chord. It's not exact but it's
as close as my ears can get at the moment.

Chorus ("I will not rush it..."):
Sounds like Em, A a few times and G, A the last time.

Bridge ("Where did this come from..."):

	Bm, Em, A

G D
The early bird he slips away
                             G
And he lives to fly another day
G D
He only serves to point the way
                                 G
That you should or should not return
G D
Two simple birds that never stray
D
When the lights go out on us
D Em
Just before when we we're found

Em A Em A Em
Will not rush it, will enjoy it
Em A Em A Em
Will not touch it, will rejoice it
