Ok, there's a whole lot of picking going on here. I haven't worked it out properly,
so I just approximate it. As long as you keep it in the right rhythm it
won't sound too bad, experiment a bit.

Just finger picking D doing that hammer on the G string
hitting the B and e every now and again.

After the intro bit, the verse continues using a fingerpick
of D but without the hammer ons, to G. 

The chorus is just picking A,D.
