into the computer screen cause the sun is (for once) shining straight into my eyes... i shouldnt complain as im usually sitting here moaning about the miserable weather....

hope this finds you all well and enjoying your weather wherever you are. glen, joe colm and dave are all doing a holiday week this week - cause if they dont do it now then they aint gonna get a break this year....ha! (crack of whip in the background....). im blatting off to lanzarote next week for a week with the kids and a girlfriend, to ride camels (in the absence of men) and sit on me arse in the sun... so - if anyones looking for me im back on the 2nd august.

im going to throw this out there, just in case, but does anyone happen to have or know anyone that has in america a big coach/bus/rv with some sleepers on them that theyd be able to take us round america in? or even some of us.... im investigating the 'proper' avenues but they are probably going to be a leetle beet pricey for our pocket.....you never know unless you ask......if you do though - you know where i am.....

from there we are still aiming down to australia.
by the by - if people can - please keep harrassing (either by mail or phone) the other stations with all the mmm's in their names - ie. 2mmm, 3mmm, 4mmm, 5mmm (you get the picture) - as we still need all the harrassment we can muster. things continue on in a VERY healthy way down under and little big records/MRA (well done all round!) will be servicing the stations with headlong soon to follow up from lay me down. still aiming for the 14th oct to the 27th oct to get everywhere in oz.

other news:

november 10th for those that have had a sneak preview - frames with very special guests turn play the elmwood hall in belfast as part of the belfast festival. i doubt tix are on sale yet, but watch that space...

after doing a deal with konkurrent records in the benelux countires (holland, belgium, luxembourg) for the birds is in shops as of the 23rd august - horrah! lay me down is currently getting airplay on the dutch national radio vpro station which is great news too - go guys...!!

breadcrumb trail cd is selling well through the site and is still available should anyone want it from us direct or if you happen to be in the czech and slovak republics at a shop near you or from indies.cz. go to the frames site for directions on how to get it elsewhere or mail me. its also available in road records in dublin and soon will be in mojos in temple bar too for those that want to moesy in and buy one. all proceeds gratefully received and are enabling us to finance the new recordings... thanks for your purchase and please come again...

right thats enough for today. another thing i should mention for those that know me in a business capacity - i am officially moving out of here on the 16th august, so if you need a follow on contact number please mail me and ill furnish you with one. things may be a bit messy for a while or so, but i can always be got at this address. on the same note - if anyone knows any flats that may be available towards that time in august in dublin - 1 bed is fine - let me know. i think ill have to rent first and scope around when i get there to buy.
